Shipping policy

At Salt City Games, we work hard to ship your order quickly, accurately, and with care. Below is an overview of our shipping process and what you can expect when placing an order with us.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During high-volume periods (holidays, major product releases, etc.), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We typically ship via USPS, but may ship via UPS or FedEx depending on the delivery location.

Estimated delivery times: 3-7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

1. Order weight

2. Package dimensions

3. Destination

4. Selected shipping method

Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Salt City Games is not responsible for:

1. Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

2. Carrier delays

3. Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If an issue occurs, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.


Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or

We can issue a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping charge.


Preorders & Backordered Items

If your order contains preorder items:

1. Your entire order may ship together once all items are in stock.

2. Expected release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may change.

If you prefer partial shipments, please place preorder items in a separate order.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days with:

1. Order number

2. Photos of the packaging and items

We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
