Non-Returnable Items:
Sealed products, such as trading cards and collectibles, cannot be returned once opened. This policy ensures product integrity and authenticity for all our customers.
Responsibility for Delivered Items:
Be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for items after they have been delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure to avoid issues such as loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
